Intake Manager

As intake manager, Alejandro’s goal is to help clients be comfortable through the case process and to answer questions that clients may have. He ensures that all clients have the smoothest intake process as possible and engages with as many of the clients as possible. He oversees that communication is smooth between all involved parties. He is efficient in communication as well as taking care of issues in a timely manner.

He helps clients understand the process that will be taken, to ensure they receive the best possible outcome. With years of customer service experience, Alejandro is here to help. Outside of the office, Alejandro likes to mountain bike, go to the gym, watch and play sports. Alejandro’s goal is to help client’s be comfortable through the case process and to answer questions that the client may have.
