As a claims paralegal at LifeLaw Trial Lawyers, Branyelis serves as a vital liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and the legal team during the pre-litigation phase of cases. She manages the initial intake process, gathers and organizes essential case materials including: medical records, bills, police reports, photographs, and employment and wage documentation, to establish the foundation for each claim. 

Branyelis conducts detailed liability and damages investigations, communicates regularly with clients to obtain updates and additional information, and corresponds extensively with insurance adjusters to negotiate fair settlements. She works to prepare comprehensive demand packages, calculates economic and non-economic damages, drafts settlement agreements and releases, and ensures all documentation complies with statutory and contractual requirements. 

With strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of insurance claims procedures, Branyelis tracks case progress, maintains accurate client files, monitors statute of limitation deadlines, and assist attorneys in evaluating settlement offers. Her dilligent efforts help maximize recovery for clients while facilitating efficient resolution of claims prior to litigation.
