In her role as a litigation paralegal at LifeLaw Trial Lawyers, Eva provides critical support to our attorneys throughout the litigation process. Her primary responsibilities include performing detailed factual investigations, reviewing and organizing medical records, accident reports, and other evidentiary materials to strengthen case theories.
Eva drafts and files essential courtroom documents, including complaints, answers, discovery demands and responses, motions, and comprehensive settlement packages, while vigilantly monitoring all applicable deadlines and procedural requirements. She maintains meticulous case files, develops detailed timelines, manages litigation calendars, and facilitates communication with clients, healthcare providers, expert witnesses, and opposing parties.
She prepares our clients and witnesses for depositions, attends court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution sessions to assist counsel, summarizes deposition transcripts and other testimony, and contributes to trial preparation by organizing exhibits, researching jury instructions, and coordinating logistical requirements. Through her diligent work and thorough knowledge of personal injury practice, Eva helps ensure the efficient advancement of cases and the pursuit of optimal results for our clients.
