Jared Inouye

Jared Inouye is an experienced attorney with a passion for providing top-notch legal services to clients in need. He has a strong background in civil litigation and business law, making him well-equipped to handle even the most complex legal matters.

After earning his law degree from J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University and working as a law clerk for a Federal District and Bankruptcy Court judge in Nevada, Jared worked as an associate at a national firm. He then joined a prominent law firm in Salt Lake City (Bennett Tueller Johnson & Deere), where he spent 18 years as a commercial litigation attorney and equity partner, and where he remains Of-Counsel.

Throughout his legal career, Jared has represented clients in a wide range of complex legal matters, including contract disputes, business torts, intellectual property disputes, and employment law issues. This experience has honed his skills in negotiation, analysis, and presentation, making him uniquely qualified to handle even the most challenging personal injury cases.

Jared has extensive courtroom litigation experience in both federal and state courts, having litigated complex commercial cases with high values. He is also a skilled negotiator, having successfully negotiated numerous settlements on behalf of his clients.

In addition to his legal career, Jared is an avid runner and endurance athlete, and he holds the fastest known time ascending and skiing the Grand Teton, a challenging and prestigious feat in the mountaineering community. This accomplishment showcases his grit and attention to detail, traits  that also make him an exceptional attorney.

Jared is compassionate and empathetic in his approach to working with clients, making sure to listen carefully to their concerns and needs.
