David Francis was born in Salt Lake City and raised in Teton, Idaho prior to graduating from Brigham Young University and California Western School of Law with honors. He has practiced personal injury law for over twelve years. David's interest and passion for personal injury law began when he was sixteen years old when his older sister, Suzie, was killed in a motor vehicle accident as a fault free passenger. David watched the insurance company attempt to place a value of $32,000 on his sister's life, despite there being a $1,000,000 policy available for the claim. David learned early on that even though an insurance company says they will take care of you, they don't always do that. David has taken this and other experiences with him as he has zealously represented thousands of personal injury claims.
In his spare time, David loves to create memories with his family by exploring the Wasatch Mountain Range through hiking, backpacking and skiing. David is an avid cyclist and was a member of the US Cycling Team for three years. During his time on the team David lived in France and raced internationally. His teammates included Lance Armstrong, Jonathan Vaughters and George Hincapie among others.
